We accept order cancellation before the product(power bank/wireless charger/invisible charger/security camera/gadget) is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We accept the return of products. If the product has any quality issues, you can return it.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must upload the problems of the product to email@example.com, and our colleague will assist you with the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We are responsible for paying the shipping cost if it is detected as a product quality problem. We are not responsible for paying the shipping cost if it is not a quality problem.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
